This involves the creation of an appealing real estate listing brochure, placing press advertisements, using all important internet property portals, placing flyers and leaflets at frequently visited locations (banks, golf clubs etc), placing sales signage at the property, carrying out neighbourhood marketing and attending exhibitions and events. In addition we generate customers through direct telephone sales, identifying private buyers and corporate investors alike.

When we select the potential clients, we ensure that the customer requirements match the features of the property. We also closely examine the financing arrangements and only organise viewing appointments with selected interested parties. Due to comprehensive and advance preparation, it is possible to produce contract documents promptly.

We support housing associations and corporations with a comprehensive customer loyalty programme to minimise vacant properties. We optimise the process of new leases in such a way that the tenant changeover is guaranteed within a shortest possible time period. We are mindful, however, that most of the time it is more economical to keep the existing tenant as a customer.

In order to increase tenant satisfaction, we become the central point of contact for requests and problems, which is characterised by a high level of knowledge relating to property management, flexible availability times and a high degree of completion competence.

For example, the types of enquiries we deal with include general tenant complaints, questions relating to responsibilities, tenant and purchase interests, applications for rented property, changes of tenancy agreements, notifications of damage, contacting suppliers as well as managing routine maintenance. Our employees record the requirements of the caller and immediately instigate the necessary actions.

The employees are trained in dealing with tenants and formed into teams in which several languages are spoken and where specialist know-how is available. We provide a full individual reporting service which can, for example, show the number of complaints, reasons for complaints and processing times.
