Cairo: We are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Centre Agent for our Cairo division

In the past few years, SELLGATE Sales Outsourcing AG has established itself as a trusted professional partner for all sales and customer service requirements. As a global group of companies we support our clients around the world. For this we offer a combination of national and international market development and sales outsourcing.

In order to expand our services, we opened a customer service centre in Cairo in the summer of 2010.

We are looking for a German speaking customer service agent

• This customer service centre works for our customers in the following areas:
• Customer acquisition and lead generation in both B2C and B2B area
• Product sales and support for service requests
• 1st level support or customer registration and data entry
• Data capture, testing and maintenance of address data bases

• What do we expect from you?
• You conduct independent standardised inbound and outbound telephone calls
• You generate sales appointments for our clients
• You are the first point of contact for potential customers and engage in conversation to raise interest in our services
• You have the interpersonal skills required to ascertain customer needs, handle objections and intelligently manage call duration times
• You maintain and update contact data
• You are able to communicate specific information verbally. This is mainly daily offers, products, services, conditions and invoicing queries.
• You are self motivated with excellent communication and social skills
• You have a strong experience of word processing (Word) and spreadsheets (Excel)

Being fully fluent in German is a prerequisite.
